Phase 1: Building the Foundation
- Obtain federal 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status
- Establish community partnerships
- Build a volunteer and supporter network
- Secure startup funding through donations and grants
Phase 2: Housing Solutions & Community Development
- Connect veterans, seniors, and vulnerable adults with housing resources
- Provide housing navigation, referrals, and support services
- Deliver financial literacy and housing stability education
- Acquire, rehabilitate, and develop affordable housing opportunities
- Create pathways to long-term housing stability and homeownership
- Expand services throughout the St. Louis region and surrounding communities
